A dashboard that brings data to life

Clients need immediate clarity. They want visual, direct answers to their big life questions. — Guillaume Desclée, CEO of Abbove.

The observation is simple. The problem isn't a lack of information. It's readability.

A family's wealth is a complex mix: real estate, bank accounts, companies, life insurance, past donations… Today, that information exists. But it's scattered across files, statements and tools that don't talk to each other.

The result: the advisor spends hours gathering, cross-checking and reformatting. And when the meeting comes, they present a static document that reflects neither the current reality nor the full picture.

That's exactly what our new dashboard changes.

See what matters in 3 seconds

iel en trois secondes

Picture this. Your client sits down across from you. At a glance, they see the gross value of their wealth, liabilities, net worth. They see how those numbers moved this month, with colour-coded indicators that speak for themselves: green when it's up, red when it's down.

No explanation needed. No digging through a report. The information is there, structured, visual, immediate.

Four key indicators were designed to put the right questions on the table:

  • Available liquidity: how much the client can mobilise quickly.
  • Fully owned assets: what they have full control over.
  • Dismembered assets: what falls under a usufruct/bare ownership structure.
  • Annual savings capacity: the cash flow that makes it possible to project, invest and plan.

Those four numbers, placed side by side, are often enough to spark a strategic conversation. The advisor no longer needs to walk through a spreadsheet. They show, and the client understands.

Mia summarises, you advise

The digital vault is now part of the experience. Every family document is accessible from the dashboard. But the real difference is Mia.

Mia is the AI agent built into Abbove. She reads notarial deeds, contracts and complex legal documents. And she turns them into a clear summary, in just a few lines, for each document.

In practice: a client uploads a 30-page donation deed. Rather than reading through it before the meeting, the advisor asks Mia to summarise it. Within seconds, they get the key points. They can then focus on what matters: the conversation, the strategy, the human guidance.

Information flows in, without friction

Thanks to Open Banking, accounts and portfolios connect directly to the platform. No more manual data entry or waiting for a quarterly report. Information updates smoothly, continuously, reliably.

That automatic flow transforms the quality of what the advisor can offer. When the information is accurate and up to date, trust follows. The client engages more because they see their wealth living in an active space, not buried in a forgotten folder.

Contextual filters also let you switch the view instantly by owner: each spouse's private wealth, assets held through a company, or the consolidated family view. One click, and the advisor adapts the conversation to whoever is sitting across the table.

A shared language for the whole family

Wealth is a collective journey. Spouse, children, sometimes grandchildren: everyone needs to understand where things stand and where they're headed.

This new dashboard was built for that. Simple terms. Intuitive charts. A historical view showing how things evolved over ten, fifteen, twenty years. No financial jargon, just a visual language everyone shares.

When the whole family reads the same information the same way, decisions are made more calmly. Succession planning starts earlier. And the advisor shifts from technician to conversation facilitator.
